Faith & Courage • Sermon Series

Faith & Courage - After the Resurrection:

The disciples were witnesses; they could personally verify all that took place after the resurrection. Similarly, the Spirit of God has assigned us to be witnesses to our generation, sharing what God has done in our own lives. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the 40 days between the Resurrection and Pentecost. He shows the challenges the disciples encountered, how Jesus helped them to overcome, and how we can apply these lessons to our own circumstances. Pastor Allen also offers historical information on reforms and revolutions, providing clarity and context to help us navigate our current political climate.

Faith & Courage - Great Outcomes:

It takes courage, patience, and endurance to follow Jesus, and the key to a future that honors the Lord lies in the devoted hearts of God’s people. In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson offers a series of prayers to prepare our hearts for our next steps forward. Our strength comes through the Spirit of God, and He is a God who restores. Pastor Allen illustrates these truths by discussing several Bible characters including Samson—a man who forgot his covenant with God, lost his strength and was humbled, then God restored his strength, once again.
